Terms and conditions

  1. Persons staying at the MAMMA MIA resort are obliged to comply with these regulations, in particular to behave in a way that does not endanger the safety of other people, to follow the instructions of the resort’s management and to comply with the provisions on Environmental Protection Act. Health and Safety at Work and Fire Protection Regulations.
  2.  MAMMA MIA’s hotel day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00 the next day. Quiet hours are in effect from 22:00 untill 7:00.
  3. The persons staying in the resort are obliged to register. The registration must be made immediately upon arrival. Minors can be registered only together with an adult, and their stay in the resort is possible only under adult supervision.
  4. At the request of the tenant, an additional person may be accommodated only with the agreement of the resort management and after registration formalities and payment of the relevant fee.
  5. Visitors can stay in the resort from 9:00 to 22:00.
  6. The payment for your stay to must be made immediately upon arrival at check-in., unless otherwise agreed between the management and tenant. Additionally, a returnable deposit of PLN 500 is charged for the period of stay.
  7. Cancellation of a part of the stay, later arrival and early departure from the resort, not caused by the management of the resort, does not entitle to a refund of the paid amount for the stay. Total resignation from the stay does not entitle to a refund of the paid deposit.
  8. The payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the booking conditions and regulations.
  9. The MAMMA MIA resort collects a climate charge, which is calculated in accordance with the Dziwnów Town Council Resolution.
  10. The resort has an unguarded parking lot. Each house has 1 guaranteed parking space.
  11. The MAMMA MIA resort is not responsible for any legal or material damage or theft of cars left in the parking lot. However, to increase security, it is under resort’s video surveillance.
  12. The tenant is obliged to check the condition of the house equipment. Confirmation of the equipment’s compliance with the list implies the acceptance of material liability for deficiencies and damage caused during use. Persons devastating the equipment, furnishings and their surroundings are financially responsible (determined individually on the basis of market prices) for damages caused. The tenant, before leaving the resort, is obliged to settle the equipment of the cottage.
  13. The owners of the MAMMA MIA resort are not financially responsible for things left unattended on the premises. The owners are responsible for protecting their belongings from theft and destruction.
  14. Before leaving the resort, you need to clean the occupied house, the area around that house and throw away the rubbish.
  15. Barbecuing is possible in a place designated by the staff of the resort. Persons must be extremely careful and follow the fire safety regulations. The person who light the barbecue must also extinguish it.
  16. It is absolutely forbidden to use open fire, fry fish (under penalty of 2000 PLN) and smoke cigarettes in houses. In the event of fire or other danger, the persons staying in the centre should follow the fire safety regulations.
  17. Every person breaking the rules will be asked to leave the centre. In the case of refusal, they will be handed over to the police together with the initiation of a petty offence proceedings.
  18. In matters not covered by these regulations, the management of the resort is decisive.
  19. We do not provide our guests with hygienic and cleanliness products. The guests themselves ensure the availability of the above mentioned products.
  20. Things forbidden in the houses:
    (a) disturbing the peace, e.g. performing or playing loud music without permission of the management,
    (b) behavior of guests and visitors that disturbs the peaceful stay of other guests (the management and employees may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this principle),
    (c) behavior commonly regarded as obscene.
  21. Please be advised that we are not responsible for inconveniences caused by reasons beyond our control, e.g. interruption of power or water supply.
  22. The owner of the facility is not responsible for any damage to the client’s body caused by improper use of the facility. Any possible insurance is the responsibility of the tenant. 
  23. Leaving the resort by car after 22:00 must be agreed with the management.
  24. The deposit made on the reservation is forfeited at the time of cancellation.
  25. It is forbidden to use electric stoves in the houses without the owner’s consent.
  26. The children’s playground and swimming pool is designed for use under adult supervision to avoid accidents. Parents or Guardians are responsible for the care of children and any possible accidents.
  27. Please take out the rubbish from the houses and put them in containers on the premises of the resort, keeping it segregated.
  28. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the management and staff of the centre shall decide, and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
