GDPR information clause

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereafter ‘GDPR’), MAMMA MIA RESORT ul. Morska 14 , 72-401 Łukęcin, as the Administrator of personal data, informs you that:

  1. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to respond and offer MAMMA MIA RESORT services,
  2. Your personal data will be processed in order to respond and offer MAMMA MIA RESORT services.
  3. You have the right to request the Administrator to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to data transfer,
  4. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal,
  5. The personal data you provide will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
  6. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to respond to your inquiries and MAMMA MIA RESORT services, and to fulfil the Administrator’s legal obligation to store documentation related to completed contracts,
  7. The Administrator will not transfer your data to third parties without your express consent, unless this is necessary for the Administrator to fulfil its legal obligations,
  8. The data protection administrator is MAMMA MIA RESORT,
  9. You have the right to submit a request to kontakt@mammamiaresort.pl if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the rules of the GDPR.
