The administrator of personal data is MAMMA MIA RESORT 14 Morska Street, 72-401 Łukęcin (hereinafter referred to as “MAMMA MIA RESORT”).

General provisions

We attach particular importance to protecting the privacy of our customers, business partners and employees. We make sure that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereafter “GDPR”), the Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection (Dz. U. poz. 1000) and special provisions.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a degree of security appropriate to the possible risk of infringement of individuals’ rights or freedoms. We develop policies and procedures and organise training to improve the knowledge and competence of our lawyers in this area.

Where did we get your personal data from?

We process the personal data received from you by making an inquiry using the contact form, by e-mail, by telephone and during direct contacts. The purpose of data processing is to establish contact and present an offer.

Personal data obtained from you is used to conclude and smoothly execute contracts.

Subcontractors/processors/consumers

If we cooperate with entities that process personal data on our behalf, we use only the services of such entities that provide sufficient guarantees of implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing meets the requirements of the GDPR and protects the rights of the data subjects. We check these entities in detail and conclude appropriate agreements on entrusting data processing. 

Authorisations

We ensure that anyone acting under our authority and having access to your personal data will only process it on our instruction, unless other requirements arise under EU or national law.
